Broke and ran my first five-pack today.

It was a valley bar box. The new cue is called "The Dubliner". I also have a McDermott WC02 that has been in my case for 22 years and has seen a lot of other cues come and go in that time. I've shopped around for my perfect hit quite a bit, but I keep coming back to McD. I guess I'm just a cheap date. I've even tried some the top-end McD's and they don't do it for me. I think it's because they all have that stainless quick release joint. Both of my McD cues appear to have the exact same construction and feel and hit a lot alike, even though they were made 20+ years apart.

3 was my most then i broke it one night before a tournament i got a 7 pack it felted better the winning the tournament that night.

Have you seen the difference in your game now, more consistency

That's some accomplishment. I doubt that I ever ran five racks of Eight Ball on a bar box. It ain't easy to do. But I have won over forty games in a row before and held the table for hours. Try that some time!

I won 17 games in a row playing one handed vs my opponent who I even let shoot in the OBs without having to even use the cue ball!

I might have won more, but my wife made us quit. She said a 6yr old little girl shouldn't spend all afternoon shooting pool :scratchhead: I think she still had 15 cents left too .....

Great job. I have a D-19 McDremott and it plays great. Would never get rid of that cue. I've ran a five pack before on a BB and it is a great feeling. Keep hitting them.

Tim
