Not really. I actually visited a few of the rooms in Brooklyn recently and there isn't much. Skyline is probably your best bet followed by Park Slope Billiards. After that, you can save yourself the trouble and not visit the others. You're not getting any action there.

If you're really looking for 1-hole action, I'd strongly recommend making the trip to Masters in Queens. It shouldn't take you more than five minutes to find a game.
 
Yea, park slope billiards only has one or two guys that will even play 1p. Skyline may be your best bet in Brooklyn. But as Jude said, Masters is a much better bet.
