This table was made sometime between 1945 and 1956. It has the formica rails with drop pockets. I bought it in 1996 and had it restored by Ernesto Dominguez. He fixed a small crack in one of the slates, installed new Artemis rails all around, and installed new pockets. The pockets are pretty tight, probably close to 4 1/4". The table was set up in my office until 2003, then a client had it in his house for a few years, before it was moved into storage. The slates have been packed up carefully, and stored with the frame, rails and legs for more than 10 years. I wish I had somewhere to set it up, but I don’t, and it is time to face facts and sell the table. The last time I played on the table it rolled straight and the rails rebounded true. The pockets are tight but fair, perfect for one pocket. It will need new cloth. The table is not in pristine condition, but it is all intact and there are no major flaws. I’ve found some pictures from when it was installed in my office, but they weren’t taken to carefully document the condition of the table. The other pictures were taken where it is stored now in Pasadena. The buyer will have to pick up and move the table. Contact me at michaelsingsen@gmail.com or at 415-203-4469.
