I'm interested in what would these tables be worth in good condition. Also would they be a good choice to install in a new pool room. What are the good and the bad of them. Thanks Guys for your input and advice in advance.

Anniversaries are one of the better playing tables out there and hold up very well in a commercial environment. An Anniversary in good condition may run you about $1500-$2500 depending who you get it from and the level of condition. They are however 50 year+ old tables and sometimes need a bit of work that you may not be able to tell from looking at them together. They have usually come out of a commercial environment and have been recovered 50 times or more. If you are putting them in a new pool room, you may have to spend some time and money to freshen them up to look good. It's one of my favorite tables of all time and a monster play table.

Thanks they have not been covered they were in storage for a long while. Are there any faults in them to look for.

If you're looking to open a new pool room, you need to really think about putting your best foot forward when doing so, keep in mind...they're not the table of choice to play on in todays market, and to fix them up the right way is still going to cost you between $1,500 to $2,000 per table, add that to the cost of buying the tables, moving and setting them up...and you're at the same price as a Diamond....only, the resale value is going to be considerably less than that of the Diamond's should you ever have to backtrack.
