brunswick cues - made by joss?

The ones made by Joss actually said Made By Joss.
What ones? Shafts? Butts? My understanding was as said in above comments. Joss was making cues for bruswick as they were too busy making tables. And the brunswick cues made by joss said brunswick. There was no joss labels on them. I have one still.

When I was a lot younger in the early 90’s I went to a local billiard store here in Charlotte,NC Classic Billiards and really wanted a Joss but couldn’t afford one so the gentleman there,Chris told me to look for a Brunswick Cue with the logo that said by Joss at the bottom. He told me that it was made by Joss they just didn’t have all the nice intricate inlays that a true Joss did. So I found one and played with it for years. Absolutely loved and still have it to this day. Now I have 3 of them all have a logo with a person shooting and it says Brunswick by Joss USA in small print at the bottom of the logo. They all even have screw in bumpers that say Joss Cues USA. All of my Joss Shafts that I have now 5/16-14 fit all of the Brunswick Cues perfectly. I have read that Falcon and even Adams made Cues for Brunswick at some point in time but weren’t the quality of the ones made by Joss. All of my Brunswicks play and hit very similar to my Joss Cues. Joss also made Cues for companies like Leisure Sports (I believe thats correct) this was confirmed by Stephen Jane in an email I sent him as I picked up one in a Pawn Shop. It didn’t have the Joss logo on the butt cap but it did say Joss and had a serial number on the metal joint. Just my two cents worth. 😊
