Thanks for all the input. The condition of the top rails formica is in VG to EX condition. I'd probably sell it if I could get $1k for it. Anything less, then it's not worth selling. How do you tell the difference between a GC1 vs GC2? Does the salmon color of the sides tell anything?

This makes absolutely no sense to ME. You have the table in storage which means you are PAYING to have it sit somewhere with no one using it. How much have you already spent on storage fees. Unless it just sitting in your garage or shed. Which means it still is not being used and will continue to deteriorate (as all things do) until it is no longer worth anything.

I admit my note was a bit misleading. When I said it's in storage, I meant it's being stored in my basement. The only reason I'm reluctant to sell it is because they're hard to replace.

No, actually they're pretty easy to replace...just buy another one, but if buying another one is out of the question....keep the one you have
