I have a near 30 year old 9 ft Brunswick Heirloom and I'm wondering about the table's reputation.
I never hear this model being mentioned. So I'd like to ask if it's known as a solid table.
My reason is, it's in poor shape with regard to felt, pockets, and rails. Slate seems fine. I'm thinking of sinking a grand into the table to get it in tip top shape. But if it's known to be a bad table, I rather put the money toward a GC or something.
Even in it's current condition, it still plays better than my friend's 3 year old box that is made by an unknown company.
Any feedback is appreciated.
