i am a broken washed up old pro skater, i go to a rec center by my house that costs me $60 a year to play as much as i want. It’s a nice way to get 20-60 minutes worth of mental therapy and a little exercise for my back on days when i feel like it. i have an identity and a life outside of pool.
what you just did is the same as if i went to the skatepark and saw some little kid trying to learn how to rollerblade, and told him “if you cant hardspin soul that little ledge, QUIT”
then proceed to tell him how much better of a skater i am than his little dumb ass.
then show off my pro skates and just start pulling stacks out of my wallet and dumpin em on the ground “look at how much more money i have than you.”

nail polish, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, rubbing compound, polishing compound, mcguires ceramic, trewax.
its not perfect but i cant feel it when playing and dont mind the scar.
I gave my son a nice cue, he uses it in Denver at league.
Same thing happened, I used CA glue and was careful not to put glue outside the chip.
It took several coats and then the light sanding and polishing.
I can see it but not feel it now.
I think I like your method better.
