Brunswick Montebello

Does anyone here own a Brunswick Montebello table? My movers lost my manual, hardware and pockets. I'm looking for someone that still has a manual that can take some pictures of the pages to I can go get the hardware that's needed (Nuts and Bolts) to put it back together. Brunswick does not answer any emails or messages I've sent for the last 3 weeks, so I'm hoping to find someone here. Thank you.

Is it the same as the Montebello Windsor that is linked here? Ken sells is for $17.50, if that’s the same thing.
