This may not be the right place to put this but i was hoping maybe Glenn or someone else could tell me what these are worth. I went to an auction and pick two complete sets of the white and just the ends of one that is walnut stained. They are for a Brunswick 9 footer. I also have a set of the return gulleys for the same table. any help anyone could give me would be appreciated. I don't have much in them. I just bought them because I thought that if someone was restoring a Brunswick they would come in handy. they are brand new.

Dude,

I replied to your previous post but you never answered.

I'll try again:

Are you saying that you bought the following:

1.) 2 used 9' white stretchers
2.) 4 used 9' white bases
3.) 2 used 9' stained bases
4.) 1 new and complete 9' ball return

Do you have all the feet castings?
Do you have the ball box and the ball return pockets?
Is the ball return system for a GC1, 2 3 or for a 4 or 5

What I have is four white bases. two cross pieces and two walnut bases. I assume they are gc1 because the place I got them out of has had them in storage for over 25 years. I have numbers on the gulley system if that helps, I'll have to go out in the shop and get it off the box. I do not have any casters. Hope this helps and sorry about taking so long to get back, the wife has me building her a deck around the pool and I don't get much time to be on here. They are brand new. I don't need them but I bought them becasue I thought maybe someone was in need. I'd like to find out what they are worth. I don't want to rip anyone off but likewise I don't want to get ripped off either.
Just trying to be fair.

No problem.

The most desirable GC bases are the I and II that have the level adjustment inserts. Look at where the foot castings attach to the bottom. If they have a threaded insert you have the good bases. Also, if it's GC I or II the two stretchers you have should be made of high quality 3/4" plywood.

Regarding value, considering you can buy used GC's on AZ for anywhere from $750 to $2,000 I'd say $100 per peice of wood.

On the ball return's there is a guy selling (16) of them for $200 each. Although I paid $500 for my ball return but that was an installed price. They are not that hard to install but it just take a few hours to convert from drop pockets to ball return.

Only people that will buy any of this will be folks that need that specific part. Or you may find someone who refinishes tables that will buy it all for $400 or $500.

thanks, that answers a lot of questions. I have on e fella that wants the two walnut end legs. After that if no one wants them, they will make good firewood.

I'm up in portland oregon working let me call or pm you back I think I have 2 gc 2 or 3 frames that are legless but have a few sets of rails for. what were you thinking on price after all its a fire sale pre ashes....lol
