Bryan Mordt Cues...

Trying to get a better taste of the kind of stuff Bryan's made thus far...
I have a custom design submitted, but I'm starting to doubt that I like the way it looks anymore...and it doesn't even take advantage of Bryan's signature ringwork, which I love so much!

Anyone want to volunteer their pics for research purposes?

Thanks,
- Joaquin.

Could make you a great deal on a BCM Tulipwood with 6 long, ultra-sharp points, 2 shafts and railroadtrack ringwork at all positions. It's like new, straight together and apart, plays great. Still shows on Bryans website. Have too many cues and too many college tuition bills.:( Sorry have a tough time re-sizing pics.

Bryan is great to work with. If any problems do arise, he will take care of them professionaly and not bs around like some cuemakers may. Here is a one of one that I had Bryan make for me. Beware that it will take over a year to receive the cue due to the volume of orders that Bryan has, although it is well worth the wait.

This is my advice: pick up a new or used plain jane cue from BCM. Play with it for a few months, see if you like how it plays. Try to hit with as many cues as you can, compare them to your BCM. In the meantime, *look* at as many cues as you can, online, in person, whatever. Let different design elements sink in.

After a year, you would be MUCH better prepared to submit a custom design. It might be to Bryan Mordt, it might be to someone else, but I'm confident that you'll like the results better if you wait and learn in the meantime.

Then, either keep or sell the plain jane cue you got for about as much as you paid for it.

Joaquin, Bryan had a few plain-janes for sale on his website... there was a nice Chechen one... Also, Erik Lee Cues had a sneaky on his site. I just picked up a 6pt Lacewood BCM from Erik, and it's an awesome cue.
