Last evening, as I was surfing the cable, I came upon ESPN2 and enjoyed viewing the women's U.S. Open.

Usually, I don't pay too much attention to the commercials, but this time, I could not believe my eyes. Here was Buddy Hall and Grady Mathews in an actual commercial.

I found this commercial to be right on, hearing Buddy's chuckling at Grady's one-liner at the end. It's about damn time!

Jake, LimbSaver is the product being advertised.

I was so excited to see their faces on TV -- ABOUT DAMN TIME -- that I did not retain all of the info about the product. However, it is a new technology, I believe, a device that is placed on the butt end of a cue stick that removes the vibration out of the shot, ensuring a more precise and dead aim for the object ball.

The $25,000.00 cue I am building for Grady, will have one of these attached to the butt plate. Absorbs all the shock and viberation out of the cue.

Mr Blud my question is will you need to adjust Grady's balance point the website says the device weighs 7oz wouldn't that make a 19oz cue weigh 26oz and move the balance way back?

Im glad for Grady. He is one of the few pros that goes out of his way to endorse a merchants product even if he doesnt profit from it. He will spend time talking about his cue preferences with you while other pros might just not be bothered. (Stalev once told me he played with a "Sucks" cue). Now I only hope that he and Incardona will kiss and make up so they can get back together again to do some more commentating.

Yes, Billy,

All things will be a factor in the balance point, and weight of the cue. Good thinking on your part. Sorry, I didn't inform you before.
good luck
