Building your own pool and dining table

Question - Why would a person buy this book when the same information is available on the internet?

I mean what is to prevent someone form doing a search on google, getting the information and then compiling an ebook with information that can be gathered for free on the internet and then selling the compiled ebook?

Would you be willing to provide information with regards to projected cost?

Could you supply a photo of your own completed table with information as to how much it cost you to build?

Dear Merlinium,

Because:
1) If someone search the internet will find information about how to build a slate table which will cost minimum $1500+.
2) Is a easy project for someone with basic skills on DIY.
3) Is convertable to a dining table and you can put it in your dining room.
4) It can be fitted in any room dimension for a free play.
5) It costs about $200 depending of the chosen materials.
6) Is easy to find the materials near to your neighbour.
7) Is not heavy and anyone can easily transer it anywhere.

This project it started when i had the desire to build a pool table for my home. So I searched the Internet for a long time and only a few information was available for a cheap and easy-to-build pool table.
You can try by yourself if you are interesting.

I made a post earlier in this thread with questions including a request for photos. May I suggest that if you are going to continually bump this thread you at least make a significant contribution by providing information that might make someone want to purchase your book instead of making people click the block user button.

Maybe this should be moved to the "Talk to a mechanic thread":D
I would love to hear their opinions of the plans.

You've right Merlinium, It was my fault.

Here is one of the designs included in the book:

1.jpg

X and Y are dimensions of the playing surface and are depending on the every table dimensions and room dimension (this dimensions mentioned in a detailed table of the book).

This is not a diamond, is a connection hole.

The rail hole match with the mentioned hole of surface and connected with a special screw.
