Bunjee or Samsara break tip?

With all this talk about the legality of Phenolic tips.

My cue tech, offered to install a Bunjee tip on my Sledgehammer,

My question is: is the Bunjee legal? I just don't know what the bunjee tip is made of. And would how would the Bunjee compare to the Samsara jump tip?
 
the bunjee is still a resin tip, but there are bits of leather in it. It is not legal under the new BCA league rules. I'd go with the samsara these days hands down, even if phenolic/G10/whatever was still legal. To me it is the best, you get all the power/jumping of phenolic, but the control of leather. I've put it on all my break and jump cues. Can't be beat!
