Hi All,
what is Liquid leather Burnisher made out of?Is there something that could be used for burnishering other than what is named for it. This may sound like a stupid ? but i want to learn all i can. thanks for ya'll info. Jeff
 
Not Sure!?

I've read on AZ that Amonia works well for hardening the sides of the tip....not sure of the real answer to your question!?! :rolleyes:

If you have a lathe or can spin the cue try a little Carnuba wax, and burnish the edge of the tip with either leather or cardboard. The results may surprise you!!!!!!:)
 
thanks ,im trying to leard all the little tricks i can .the more we learn the better we can be . ty again jeff

water hardens leather - wax and oil soften
saliva is the tradition, if you don't mind leaving a DNA trail
