Burton Spain Blank, Unknown Chicago Builder??

Recently found this cue for sale. As per usual the seller claims to know nothing about the cue apart from on the case it is in there is a plaque saying "Burton Spain Blank - Chicago Maker" It certainly is a very handsome cue and looks old school. I'm no expert but it doesn't look like a Spain cue to me with the joint pin in the butt and not the shafts.
Any guesses on the maker? Has some nice ring work at A, B and E positions.

First off, It says Spain blank not Spain cue.
2nd, who would put "Chicago maker" and not the name of the maker?

I have a Spain blank at a cuebuilders shop and I can assure you the joint pin will be in the butt.

iirc Ingram lived in Ar or Ok

the points look a little too long, the veneers a bit too thin to be a Spain prong

could be Ingram's work the longer i look at it

I was thinking about bidding on the cue as the price at the moment looks reasonable but with Christmas around the corner I can't really justify buying another cue!
