A vintage example, and it's perfect. Purchased from the original owner, the wrap is smooth and seamless as I have ever seen, the finish is glossy and deep, and it plays.
I know there are clowns on this site that dismiss his work, but I think the prongs he made are exceptional, especially for handmade work.
I'll be the first to acknowledge utterly despising the idea of a delrin-reverse joint, but I'm a big fan of it now on most of his cues. Definitely easier to fish a butt out of a case with a shaft than the other way around. The steel sleeve on it makes no noticeable difference in hit from the non-sleeved joints, just a nice cosmetic touch (in my opinion)
Downside is needing a bunch of male joint caps for the shafts :idea:
