can bushka rings be added to a full splice cue ? my limited knowledge makes me think no.

It should be easy for any cue maker. The cue would need to have the butt section resprayed with clear after the addition of the ring & butt cap...JER
Jer, I may be wrong, but I think, you were thinking "Hoppe Rings"??? Bushka rings traditionally are above the wrap making it difficult to impossible to add without cutting the cue in half. You could possibly do it with split rings but it would be a costly, complicated procedure which I wouldn't recommend. I think if the "Bushka Rings" are important, you'd be better off having a more common half spliced cue made with the rings in it from the get go. IMHO the hit of a full spliced cue is not any different than a half spliced one if all other things are equal and the half spliced cue is put together properly. Hit is very subjective and also subliminal. If you have preconceived notions about the "full splice hit" it will fell better to you. Not because there's any difference in the cue, but the difference is in your head.
