To be honest I really liked Accu-Stats appraoch to this whole as pertains to delayed viewing. They allow you to buy a package which gives two weeks of access to all the matches they showed on their live PPV. As well you could access all the matches played during the day pass access times when you bought a day pass.
Now, I know that they use AudioVideo Web as does TAR. So I don't see why, other than time, labor, money

that TAR can't offer the same thing. Some people like me cannot get good live feeds for WHATEVER reason. I can't get them from inside China and I can't get them from inside the USA (I tried while I was home for a month) But I can watch things like YouTube by letting it download about halfway and then playing it. So I would be more inclined to buy TAR content if I could view it for a specified amount of time rather than be stuck with just the live feed.
Beyond the fact that I cannot get the live feeds from AudioVideo Web to work (Ustream works better sometimes) there is also the consideration of having the time to watch the live stream. Not all of us have four or more hours a day to devote to watching anything and certainly few of us have the flexibility to drop everything and watch it right now.
The BIG THING these days is called timeshifting when it comes to viewing content. More people watch TV than ever before and less people than ever before do that watching on a television.
TAR, you got me for a couple hundred a year if you do what Accu-Stats does. Sorry but I am not able to handle the live streams (really WISH I could) and I am not buying DVDs. I'd gladly PAY for the raw footage as you shot it live, don't need it edited. I'd gladly and cheerfully pay for PPV if I can watch it when I want to (within a reasonable time frame of course) Or even better a monthly subscription that allows me 24/7 access like the IPT does it.
