We’re talking about Bustamante, a BCa Hall of Famer, who was a better 9-baller than Efren, former Player of the Year, multiple-time one pocket and bank pool champion at DCC, winner of a high percentage of one pocket tournaments that he’s entered. When Efren told anyone who listened that there were players from his country that could spot him back in the early 90’s, Bustamante was one of them he was talking about.

When did he not get his thunder???

That reminds me of Parica being interviewed when he first came to USA….they wanted to know how a world class player could come out of nowhere....Jose said he had to leave the Philippines, he couldn’t beat anybody.

Every time he came in below Efren. Which seems like a lot to me. Maybe I am mistaken, it's just my opinion.
