Butt Cap Logos

Does anyone know who makes a custom cue that has a triangle with a red dot in the middle? Also, does anyone know who may use a logo of a pool player like figure similar to Jacobys' on the butt of a cue??

There were quite a few with the Triangle. These are almost all lower end Chinese cues, some are the cheap Palmer's. The cartoon figure - if it has big bushy hair, is the Rempe line - again, a lower end cue made about 15 or 20 years ago.
