Is this a Bill Webb cue or Mike Webb cue? I think it matters.

I'm 99.9% sure that this is a cue from Billy Webb, not Mike Webb. Billy marked some of his cues with the 'Spider Web' logo for a while.
Billys work is impeccable, his butterflies are amazing! I've never known him to do a leather wrap though so I suspect that may have be added on to this cue at some point (SORRY, I just read where the OP said it had a new sharkskin wrap, my mistake).
