Ok the lathe has been shipped. I had to use ups because fed ex did not have a box to accomodate the size of the lathe. Tracking #'s are as follows.
1st package

2nd package
1z a22 r29 42 4446 0197
you can track these at ups.com after 5 pm est. Again I apologize to you Jeff for the delay no disrespect to you was intended. To my fellow Azbilliards members I apologize for this having to be resolved in a public forum. I will as I stated before refund Jeff's $100 shipping fee. The people that know me know i am a stand up guy who would give the shirt off his back to help some one out. I know that initally this made me look like a complete dirtbag but now that more light has been shed on the subject i hope that my side has come across and that the deal has been completed I am still seen in a favorable light. I will be changing my screen name as I no longer am at Strokerz which I belive has a lot to do with the information given to some people on this forum. I will address this my self with the parties personally. I do not talk behind others backs but it seems some that know me do and when the do they tell LIES. Jeff I hope this resolves the matter if there is anythig I can do I will be more then happy to help. I will contact you by phone later this evening.

I would feel the same way were I you. you provided tracking # just like you said. Payment was never an issue to me I knew it would get here. What Chuck told you is a total flasehood. The lathe belonged to me and was mine to do what ever with. I fully intent to buy a cuemonster at Valley Forge this year. As I stated in my sale post. i have been working on cues for 12 years now I have owned several machines and if I had an unsatisfied customer I ate what ever I had to To make it right. I hope we can make everything between us right.

As for the MO's being delayed in mailing ??? You seen when they where mailed. It's out of my control that the Post office took that many days to get them to you. You know I sent them Priority 2 day mail. I have copies of it. So for you to say anything about you being a great guy and waiting for them is B/S.
Just make this right and I will post an I'm sorry to Brian King letter on her.

You can cash U.S. Postal Money orders at the front desk at the Post office. I do it all the time and then you can deposit the cash in your bank if you want. Banks only s l o w the process down.

Jeff told me that in an email, i was unaware of this and had already deposited the funds. wish I had known beforehand i would have done so

I just want to mention that I just checked these tracking numbers and the are not yet in the UPS system. HOWEVER! Although UPS may tell you they'll be in the system quickly that is often not the case. I actually once had a package arrive at my door 3 days after it was shipped and it still hadn't registered in their system on the website or otherwise. Just a heads up to anyone who checks it and thinks to call Brian out. Patience is a virtue (But wait, what's a virtue?)

The Post Office is not always going to have $1000 on hand though.

Any major Post office will have 10 times that on hand around 5 pm .I have cash over 2500.00 a couple times and some were even postal money orders from japan.You can cash certain Overseas postal money orders at us post offfices incase no one new that.
 
Sounds to me like this is or will soon be resolved.

Time to relax, kick back, and get some rest now, there is always tomorrow.

Maybe 2008 will be a better year for everyone. There has been lots of great ideas, escrow service , buyer dispute resolution services suggested. Maybe something like those can be implemented for 2008.

The lathe is on the way. I'm just hoping now it's as descripted. Time will tell. I'm just sorry it had to come to this to get Brian off his A$$ and ship it.
