Actually, you need to check into copyright law before you make careless accusations that can land you in court. He stated that he did not sell the case. If he did, he'd be in trouble. He is correct, you are wrong.

I'm pretty sure you are not a lawyer, and he wouldn't win this suit. There is A LOT more to copy write laws than just not making a profit, and even more to libel and defamation suites.

Regardless, Cyrex borrowed, stole, re-invented, etc, some spiderman designs. This is what Trob is going on about. I can't say that he's wrong, but on the same token the nature of art is all about this. Seeing something that inspires you and creating something new with your vision.

I think Cyrex should be flattered. After all imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

I just found this out on Friday on Facebook. Someone in China made a " COPY " on these 2 cases. From what I heard this case maker came up with " his own new design and idea " on these 2 cases. As a case owner my self SPIDERMAN CASE I am very upset about this. I guess I can throw this 1 of 1 case and idea out my window.
