Ca finish

Shorty Cues

New member
New to az, my question is about finish durability in ca finish and yellowing.. I'm able to apply ca and sand and polish to a nice looking shine . I use it on old cues that have old courtlin wraps with masking at wrap.im just concerned about down the road. How it will look .any input wi be appreciated. ,,,, Benny

CA finishes look fine and polish nice.......... but they are not as durable as some others............ they tend to delaminate and chip when hit.......... and the vapor can be annoying when applying it

Thanks for replies , I've been using good ventilation with a fullface respirator. I have been experimenting with Starbound flex ca and also their heavy thin ca
. With good results so far

Welcome to the Forum.
Post some pictures please.
When it comes to finish, no matter what you use. Nothing will tell you more about what your using than time.

I like trying cue finishes out on pens, there is less waste if there is a disaster and if you write a lot it's a good test of wear.

CA is an excellent long lasting attractive finish that is easy to apply and buff to a shine..................for joint protectors and shaft joints.
