Hey everyone I am currently trying to organize a mini expo at my local pool hall. This is going to be a great event with upwards of 3 to 4 hundred people coming through the doors. I have heard of other people doing cue shows in their local rooms and while this is similar I have spoken with the owners of the room and would like to do it on a larger scale.
This expo will be followed by a tournament. The expo itself will run on a saturday and will start at 11:00 am the pool hall will open as early as needed for the vendors and exhibitors to come in and setup.
I would love to get this off the ground as I think it would be a great way for vendors and cuemakers to meet potential clients and customers and for people in the pool community to see some great equipment, products, and players. We are currently trying to get some big names in the pool world to come down for this event.
We are going to have raffles and door prizes and of course the tournament will start at six.
We would also like to have a cue collectors show with cues range in price from one dollar to five hundred dollars, five hundred to one thousand dollars. two thousand to five thousand dollars and beyond. Prizes will be awarded for each category.
