Greetings Mr. Justis,
I would like to know if your New Style (and Old Style) 2x4 & 3x6 Cases will accept Cue Butts and Shafts with a total length of 31 1/4" ... My Cues are 60" and have Joint Protectors ...

You still make the Finest Cue Cases available and I'm sure most of my fellow players concur ...

I look forward to your reply ... "The Old Grey Cat"

Jack can make you a case to fit your cue. My cue is 59 1/2" and I didn't have to order the extra case length from him because of it. My husband made my joint protectors and they add 1 5/8" on the male joint. I also believe that his standard case will fit your cue as is, but you should call Jack and talk to him to make sure.

Jack does accomodate longer cue lengths. He's the BEST!!!

Here's his website:

And in my best movie voice from Raiders Of The Lost Ark, "You have chosen wisely.".

On second thought, I will just speak to him personally in Las Vegas next week, assuming he will be selling cases in the Exhibitor area ...

As long as the OAL of the cue, including JP does not exceed 31-1/4", it will fit in the standard length case. $75 is a lot to pay for the extra 1" or so to make the cue fit the case. Some of the JP and pins are way too long in my opinion. If its a matter of your cue being a 1/4" too long, without question, have your cuemaker cut the pin. If they don't want to do it, send it to me and I will guarantee you won't be able to tell its missing.

Thank You Jack ....

I kind of figured the standard case would accomodate my cues, but I needed to hear it from THE MAN, himself ...

Looking forward to seeing you in Las Vegas ...
