Can anyone help me with this antique ball wrack. I can’t seem to find one like it. It doesn’t have a makers mark on it at all. I’m having a hard time

So many companies made these. Figuring out who, may be nearly impossible.
It does not look like anything I have seen from The big companies that I know of.
It is nice and not homemade, I am fairly sure of that.

Also looks like the balls would be hard to retrieve out of there?
