Can anyone ID my table?

I bought the table below about 13 years ago from a private party in Sylmar, CA. I've had it in storage for the past 10 year and I'm getting ready to erect it in the very near future. It is a 4.5' x 9' table with an identifying mark on the end rail that says "AMF", so that much I know. I have no clue what model name it is but the number "5619" is stamped on the underside of all the rails and written on the inside of all the corner castings. I can only assume this is the model number of the table. I would estimate this table circa 1950-1960's. Can anybody shed some light on the model name? Also, does anyone know where I can get replacement rail counters? Will any Brunswick wheels fit my castings?

I'd guess AMF based on it looks like a single long rail and I believe their logo is a triangle.

Looks like a nice table.
 
AMF's answer to the Anniversary in the 50's. You've got a damn good table there!
 
Thanks Jay. Yes, it is very "Anniversary-ish". I'd really like to know the model name as well. Any clue? Check out the Centennials and "National Tournament Chalk" I scored with it as well. I forgot all about the vintage Centennials which are most cetainly from the same era. I took them over to Corey at Crown City Billiards for a cleaning. We hit them around for a whiile and they play fine, even the cue ball. Judging by the ball tray and large amount of chalk, I can only assume this table was in a billiard room or bowling alley at some point during its life.

Really nice solid table. You have a good one there. I remember AMF tables when I was a young teenager in the 60's. They were good playing tables.
