Can anyone id this cuemaker?

Couldnt find a pic with anything other than the cat eyes. But I left a message none the less. I appreciate everyone's help.
 
Like I mentioned, it is a nice cue. Myself, I am partial to nice Merry Widows.

Bill didn't post much of his cue work and if you can find any, it would be very old because it has been a few years since he has hung around.
