Take good photos of the joint, joint pin, shaft, and, what is under the bumper. These will provide clues to the cues origins.

To me, it looks like an import, but, I am not an expert by any means of the imagination.

But that hasn't kept you from being correct

To the OP - it is a cheap asian import - most likely one of the 1,000s from Taiwan.
