I try not to be one to talk down or make fun of people for whatever reason. I just thought people would get a kick out of this for being sooooo way out of line. I figured something strange was going on or maybe the listing was a joke or something.

I guess he is trying to IMPLY with the price is that this is THE Cuetec CUE that Earl used. He doesnt say it so he is safe from any fraud or other charges and if he hooks an idiot, he makes out nice. Lots of similar scams on Ebay, most prominently w Silver bars at the moment.
