Can someone please give updates on Shane/Scott?

Scott breaks again, starting to make 1 in corner (not corner, side pocket, sorry). but, get's hooked again.

Only luck he's had has been bad.

Pushes out. Shane gives it back. Good hit by Scott and hooks Shane.

Shane takes a long time to think about it (he's up 46 games!) and proceeds to kick in 2 ball. Tough shape on five. he gets there. He's out I believe.

Combo on the 8-9, he's out, it's over. Shane wins 150-104

Thanks Alex. I sent rep.

Congrats to Shane and Cuetech!!!

regardless if your were rooting for freezer - gotta give kudos to Shane on some REALLY STRONG play!!!!

Thanks for the updates, the update page that CaliRed put up was great, but stopped around game 211. I hate to make Scott sound bad, (hes a great player) but I called a 30 game win for Shane weeks ago, but DAMN, even I thought that was a stretch. Almost 50??? I dont know how many times Shane has to beat champ after champ, but this is starting to become a trend, and as far as Corey goes, he better ask for a huge spot if he wants a chance to redeem his last blowout against Shane. The more experience Shane gets beating champs, and traveling to the phillipines, the better he has become, and soon he wont get many takers willing to risk getting blown out. When the breaks starts clicking, hes nearly UNSTOPPABLE!! Congratulations Shane (not so much Cuetec, he could have won with any cue) hope to see more great wins in the near future.

After the match, JCIN interviewed Shane and told him that Darren Appleton wanted to play him the same way. He said he would do that. Then he said would you play Corey like that and Shane said, no, not 9 ball.

I think he was implying not 9 ball on a bar box, I think he would rather play 10ball... of course this is all conjecture on my part.

He also said he'd play 8ball against Appleton. I guess maybe Darren wants another shot at Shane.

I personally think Alex and Shane need a third round to untie things.

Sorry for that, I had some discrepencies with the score and did not feel comfortable uploading it until I could look more into it. Problem was, I had no spare moments to look into it until it was done.

ok, well now i have a little more insight, and thank you for that. maybe shane is nervous about playing corey 9ball on a barbox....i guess from past experience, but i think theres also a level of modesty involved, and IMO Frost is one of the best barbox players out there, and Shane just dismantled him, and i believe he would do the same to Corey...IMHO. Idefinitely agree that he should play Alex again, i think that is a very even match-up and Shane GAVE AWAY the last one to Alex, after outplaying him for 2 days. but the score outshines Shanes great play, and i think he should redeem that. As far as Appleton goes, should be another great TAR match...but I think we will see the same results. We all know what its like to hit a "second gear" on any given night, but its looking like Shane is hitting a "second gear" in his career, and leaving alot of competition in his wake. there are still a couple (and i mean, a COUPLE, thats it) of players who can still hang with him, or maybe beat him in 9 or 10 ball. But theres not many at all. Orcollo is a safety genius, and is 99.9% mistake free, so he has a slight edge IMO, but dont look for many other challengers that can hang playing even with this MONSTER we call Shane.

no apologies needed here Calired...the site was great. keep up the good work, i hope you do that for more TAR matches. Thanks again
