i think some import also,i don't believe the black dust in the wood around the rings is a s.w. trademark.

Looks like a Southwest-style tribute/knockoff. I also vote cheap Asian import.

I had an import similar to this cue about 7 years ago.
Sold it to someone at the pool hall with 2-shafts for $65.
I think it was a GW Omega or something like that

i sent them some pic email, will let you know what they say. the blue book says the brass thread is 3/8 by 11.
how do you measure a joint pin? i have calipers but dont know where or what standard of measurement they are referring to. any info on that?
