Can you stop shipment on a cue?

Is it possible to stop shipment on a cue in transit?

We had a death in the family and the funeral was Thursday
Today his cue is leaving to go to him via usps 2nd day and when he receives it all will have been completed as we agreed on.

And he is not Justin !!!!

Please let him be as he completed his side with no hesitation at all even though he is new here.
