Canadian 9-Ball Championships - Brackets

The Canadian 9-Ball Men's Championships started this morning in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I know there is a lot of interest in the results-brackets not only in Canada but around the world. I see the draw is completed on the AZ Billiard website but it is now 2AM in Halifax and the results of day 1 are not yet posted. Since this is the first year the CBSA has had the Canadian Championship brackets on the AZ Billiards website perhaps it would be beneficial for Mike to contact them and point out the results are needed in a timely manner or why bother? It is so frustrating to keep checking only to find no results are posted...and I can guarantee the delay is not at Mike's end. There are only 62 players so to update the results a couple of times a day is so simple to do.:cool:

I wish all tournament director's would be more appreciative of the efforts that Mike puts in and help's him out more.

Beside's it's a special weekend for us pool fans in Canada and yes it would be GREAT to follow the action as it happens.

Course Harold may have more interest than me as he would know almost all the players personally.

Myself, I am interested in Erck Hjorliefson's results.

Course I don't know how well (or not) he is doing but I wish him well and hope for the best!

Yeah why bother having the brackets up if the results aren't going to be shown, it's not Mike's fault but I don't think the results will be posted until after the event is complete or until we have found the results from somewhere else:(
 
It's now Saturday at 4:07pm (Central Time) and I am getting REAL HOT!

PLEASE>............................if there is ANYONE out there that knows these people in New Brunswick, can you call them and get them to give Mike the updates

Kieth, The nationals aren't in New Brunswick, they are in Nova Scotia.Here in N.B. we are in the same boat, we don't know whats going on either.:confused:

The results have been coming in after I have gone to bed each night. They are working hard to make the tournament a success and also get the results out to us. They did get me an update mid-day yesterday and a full update at the end of the day, which I put up this morning.

If I get an update today, I will get it online as soon as I can.
