Candidates for Titlist Conversions?

What are your thoughts on these cues for conversions. They look to be in pristine condition, and I wanted a good one with good bright veneers for conversion. How much should I expect to pay for either of these, being a fair price? I know some will say these are too nice to convert but like I said I wanted a good one. I'm thinking about buying the one piece. Let me know your thoughts and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I have several that was in great condition. I paid anywhere from $200-$300 each. I got really lucky and found 1 in excellent condition for $50.00

It's a no brainer between the two. Go with the one piece. The Hoppe Pro has already been converted, has a wrap groove cut, and these frequently don't leave much meat to work with for a conversion. The Titlist should be plenty beefy and a good start for your project. If you can pick it up for less than 300, you're ahead of the game, but you may have to pay as much as 350. Doug hit the jackpot to pick one up for 50! A reasonable cue maker can turn this into a 1200 cue without hardly trying.
