I once heard a top player say he would play another top player even if the other player could not touch the rack. He accused the other player of rigging racks. He then stated that he would have the tournament director rack the balls. Well he was approached a few minutes later being asked what they were going to play for and he backed up and started asking for weight even with a neutral racker.
I also remember someone else walking out in the middle of the finals of a major tournament because he did not like the way the neutral racker was racking.
