I have a pair of Capone shafts for SOLD shipped. Shafts are clean and straight and are about 13mm. Radial Pin

Also got a pair of Pdf Sw shafts for $300 shipped. 3/8-11 Pin
1 shaft is straight and 1 has a tapered rollout. Both shafts are 12.7 and 13mm and weigh in at about 3.7oz.

What do the PDF shafts measure (in .000) at the joint and is 12.7mm the SMALLEST that the wood measures?

I've seen several people have tapered their ferrules, are these tapered?
