Here are some picks of my cues. The newer Black Boar I got from Tony last year before all of his production was slated for Japan. The older one is from around 1992 in mint condition. Enjoy-
 
Nice...

They are really nice. I can't make out the maker of the ebony cue with the white detail on the butt cap. Is it a Chudy also? I've been checking out a Chudy that's for sale with those trademark asymmetrical veneers... how do you like it? Do they hit as good as they look? :R:

That is a Black Boar BB logo, the light is hitting it strangely. Chudy makes a nice flat faced cue with an excellent hit. Since hi lives 5 miles from my house here in CA, this was my first custom purchase. His veneers are the one sided blue agains the purple heart points. He just updated his website with lots of examples:

You must be pretty close then because Chudy is not too far from me either. Just over the hill in the Hayward area. Bring that cue over to Crown Billiards sometime, I'd love to see it up close! How is he to deal with? (I've heard mixed feelings).

We are neighbors. I play in four leagues at Crown billiards, eight ball on Tue, Wed, and Thursday evenings. 14.1 league on Saturdays. Rick Chudy plays in the Tuesday league as well. Some buddies and myself brought all of our cues there one Sunday and it was a blast. We had all of mine plus a Southwest, Mottey, Searing, Richard Black. The guy with those cues now has a Gus.

Rick is nice but a little eccentric, as he is an artist. He is there Tuesday evenings for the league. I will be at Crown this coming Saturday for the 14.1 league in the afternoon. Let me know if you want to come over and I will let you try it out-
