PUSH/POOLS "Mandatory Full force or Ram shots on all shots" ,gets implemented into the BCA rule book.
A spokes person for the BCA said in a phone statement..
"Mr.Pulls REVOLUTIONARY approach to a game that has become stagnent in its development for the last 120 years should be seen as a step fwrd in pools evolution and FUTURE.
He also said..."I see this rule being implemented in all forms of billiard games (including Snooker)by 2016"
8Ball rules,
Sec.8 Sub sec 420
"every time you don't use full power on your shots, it's a foul and your opponent gets BiH."
At the end of a players shot the players "cue" must be imbedded into a partition or wall that encompasses the playing area at no less then 2.5in. in depth , a minimum of 30in above and 90 degrees angled perpendicular to the floor.Failure to comply in achieving any of these objectives result in BIH for the incoming player....See picture for "Post shot" requirement.

On the positive side.....I hear sheet rock/drywall has been tested and performs as well as the Kamui chalk does
