The shapes would be a total custom deal. Price would be sky high imo. Also CF doesn't really like getting hit from cerain angles. Not sure how durable they might be. I think cost would far outweigh any weight advantage.
I'd rather get a hemp case.

what car are you referring to? marley's kid? i watched that episode. pretty cool.
If a cop stopped yah, smelled weed and you told em it was the interior....I think the kid would be let go because ofhis name on the license. 
I have looked into it. The price of tubing in the sizes needed are still pretty high. That said if I can find premade profiles that work I plan to buy some and price the resulting case accordingly with the increase in cost.
As gramps used to say there is an ass for every seat so there are absolutely people willing to drop a couple hundred more on a case using a carbon fiber tube.
