Carliona custom

I been looking around for a new custom cue and seen some of these carliona customs look to be nice cues. Anybody shoot with these cues to give me some back on them?

The one I got new did play very well, quality sucked, warped handle, bubbles in the clear , nice leather wrap, just being honest, I personally, I'm getting tired of getting screwed by cue makers who don't care about their work.

Love mine~ no issues at all. Trevor & Co. do the Old School Traditional style justice. A Tasc/Zam similar in appearance would be Boo~Koo Bux...Very reasonable $ for the work. Sorry you ran into a flawed one. Surely if addressed to them they would right this. They went over and above to take care of me. You sure it wasn't refinished or not taken care of before you got it? Did you buy it brand new from them? Your answer was kinda vague and harsh if there maybe some reason it has issues if it wasn't new from them...

Here's the butt...And this is my 2nd one. The first my friend has now for 3 years and he loved his Southwest and says it plays about as well to him.
