Anybody have an idea of the value of this cue?

Appears to have a pressed stacked wrap, two barely used shafts if used at all.

Better pics added...

Just learning this maker. Never touched one of his cues. They do look nice. Wish I could say something about value. I just don't know. But the cues in general do seem nice.

This one has a nice understated design. Just a nice dashed ring in the butt and what looks like nice veneered points. Can't see them up close though.

What stands out to me as far as design is that the joint rings don't match the one in the butt. I would prefer that on this cue. I feel others might prefer the same and hence it could detract a little from the price it could fetch. Other than that I can't comment at all I think.

Short splice?
Full splice?
Fully cored?
Hardwood or softwood veneers?
Joint material?
Ferrule material?
Pin type?
Butt cap material?
Is there a weight bolt?

So many questions.....the answers to many of which might contribute to some idea of value.

He started a thread in the gallery a few years back, his work looked super clean..

Ned Morris speaks very highly of Carlos, I've never had one, but Ned's word is good enough for me. If I ever have to chance to buy one in person somewhere I'll probably pick one up to try

The super thin nickel rings hurts the resale big time.

That's what I was thinking, though I was a little cautious in advancing that opinion. I am not always so sure what others will like. My tastes are sometimes odd compared to the norm I think.

I looked at a lot of cues on his web site. I think overall he demonstrates a nice body of work and a style of his own in some regards.

Personally I like this cue, with the exception of the joint rings. But all I know about it is from these pictures so my opinion is really based on very limited information.

Harder to match aftermarket, and for some reason they look "cheap" to many people I think. In addition, the cue has a ring in the butt and I thought it stuck out that the joint rings don't match it.

Obviously many cues don't match in that way, cuesut I think that is more a trait of production cues to have that silver ring, like Schon.

It does look like a very nice cue though.
