I'm gonna guess Carlo Biado's statement about the team from the Philippines withdrawal from the World Cup of Pool.

Right around 4:55 she starts weaving in the English. Efren didn't get his visa in time. Apparently he was counting on getting it on some kind of priority or expedited timeline, but didn't realize that program was suspended.

Sounds like the Biados tried to find another available Filipino to replace Efren, but were unsuccessful. The solution was obvious -- Carlo should have partnered with Niecky Biado.
 
Feels like a call to Matchroom to host an event in Philippines.

There was a recent election in PI for political leadership.
 
Basically this is what they're saying.

Carlo has a visa.

Efren doesn't. He applied for a "priority" visa that would take 5 days to process, but instead it had to go through the normal visa processing time of 6 weeks. In which case he wouldn't make it to the event.

Carlo looked for a replacement and called Jeff De Luna and a couple of other guys, but they were not available.

So they decided to back out of the event.

He contacted those who were in Philippines. He should have instead reached out to Filipino community in Europe to source. I am sure in no time can get at least 1 lesser known Filipino (probably at least 750 Fargo) to come out of woodwork take a week off their day job to partner Biado. Guaranteed almost $2K payout per player so I am sure many will sign up to be Biado's partner :LOL:
