Guys, the guy that owns the room I go to is looking for a carom ball cleaner. Rooting around the web I came up with this....

Has anyone purchased one of these? Is the site trustworthy? Also, any other ball cleaner recommendations will be appreciated.

Any help you guys could throw this way would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

on site trustworthy. You are talking about Paul Frankel [ProfessorQBall] site. I believe he use his Ball Cleaner at all ProfessorQBall Promotion Event

Search AZ there a thread explaining how to build your own Ball Cleaner. The one I build also is shown . You Decide.

I have one

My Carom Cleaner is set up for pool balls, however. I put the cue ball and 5 object balls in at a time, doing the cue ball 3x to get all the marks off. Great customer service, nice machine that works well. I am using it in a home setting, not commercial. I have it for two years now and definitely like it better than hand cleaning the balls.

Mully, I live in Tacoma Washington, and our Elks Lodge has frequently held the 3-Cushion Nationals, along with many other events including a World event in 2002.

I know nothing about the machine you are talking about, but you can get more bang for your Buck by considering a Ballstar Ball Cleaner. That is what they have used for years, I have also used one commercially in my Pool Room for 6 years with no problems, oh and by the way I also have a Diamond Ball Cleaner which I have not used in a couple of year's.

Qstik Distributers sell this ball cleaner:

Hope this helps

Mully,
Check youtube for ball polisher. I made my own for about $40 and it worked great!

I have a Ballstar cleaner and I'm very pleased with the way it works and it's first class construction. You can see yourself in the balls reflection. If you play three cushion make sure to order your unit with the six blade impeller rather than the eight blade impeller.Talk to Mark Gehrke at billiards.com.
