The last time that happened to me it was because the file was a TIF or some such. I think jpegs and PNGs are OK. Also, the file may have to be relatively small -- I think the system wants under 100k but it will compress a little sometimes.

took a picture of the flyer with my ipad, then transfered it to my desktop. its a jpeg. still can't figure it out.
