Case ID and value help

Picked up this 1x2 case and want to sell it but no idea who made it what the value is.
The case is python with no seams so it must have been a pretty big python. It has KG
on the top and bottom of case and the number 2 on the top front of the case. Case is in good condition. Any help on who made the case and value is greatly appreciated. I know python cases aren't cheap.

It looks like an Its George that someone retrofitted/added on to. I could be way off base, but the pocket and liner are very It's George.

This is only an educated guess. I wonder if Ann Kelley and Ann Gore might have had a brief arrangement. Would explain the K and G and the style of case. Both worked for Bob Hemphill at Fellini.
