Nothing to debate here. It's easy enough to see in your video.

um, ok, the funny part is that there is no sound. When the customers come to our booth we can do the demonstration and they can hear the difference. In your case it sounds like the cues are breaking and in our case there is silence.
Silence because of padding. Padding which protects the fragile cues entrusted to the case.
Padding similar to what is used in cases in every other hobby and industry in the world to protect gear during transport. Music instruments, dolls, guns, computer equipment, cameras, etc... all protected with padded cases.
Only Jack Justis decides that high end cues do NOT need a proper amount of padding to protect them.
For you thin nylon is enough. The clanking sound of cues banging into each other is of no concern to you. The funny part is that if I were send out some cues in a cardboard tube wrapped only in the thin nylon you have used in your cases then the day after the cues arrived the receiver would be splashing it all over AZB about how bad the packaging was.
No, when ANYONE sends high end cues out they wrap the cues in bubble wrap and make sure they can't move. But you Jack decide that every time the car hits a pot hole the cue should bang against each other, every time the case gets knocked over the cues should bang against each other, if the case is inverted the cues should fall out, that's all ok with you.
Well it's not ok with me. And it's not ok with all of your customers who have had their interiors upgraded to ours. Which we will also be doing at the show again. For $65 anyone who agrees with my method of cue protection and owns one of your cases can have your look and our protection.
