I JUST got off the phone with mr. Roy Mallot of INDY-Q and ordered my JB rugged 4x8 case. He was such a nice guy to deal with. Anyone else have a similar previous experience dealing with this gentleman?
 
I had the opportunity to meet Roy last year and he seemed like a good guy to me. JB was just in town this weekend and I bought one of his 3 x 6 rugged cases. I really like the look of them. His interiors are the best. I sent my new case over to have it personalized by a local embroidery shop, so I won't get to use for a bit. Enjoy the case.
 
i have two Jb rugged cases.. i love them.. getting my third delivered at the expo... cant wait..

roy is great to deal with. He takes the time to call you back at a later date to make sure you're happy with the product or to let you know he found what you're looking for.
 
I am sure you will get a few different responses from people. If not, I am sure you could do a search for Mr. Mallot on here.

Personally, I have never dealt with Roy at all.

Ive dealt with him years back on a Ron Thomas case, was a great transaction. No complaints. Other folks have dealt with him and have horror stories. I treated him with respect and got the same in return.

I got email confirmation of it being shipped today. That is customer service! I love good communication when I buy something. That makes me buy from someone again. NO communication makes me never buy again. I work for my money, and need to know it's being used properly. I will post pics asap but it will be black

Alas, the negatives seem to largely outweigh the positives.
